Best leasing Staff Apart from Modera’s tenant friendly “ Peace of Mind” policies, good apartments and awesome locality, the best part is the staff members. They are very helpful and genuinely friendly. I have interacted with Olivia and Serena and both are super nice and always ready to help. Olivia always went out of her way to help me . They really like and care about their work.

Location and amenities The location is the key, close to South Lake, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and groceries. They provide modern amenities, regular meetup events, and responsive staff. Olivia, the leasing manager has been helpful during the move in process.

Best place I’ve lived in Seattle by far! Location, staff, facilities, amenities and views all outshine other places I’ve lived. Even living in a unit overlooking the highway it is quiet. Minutes walk to Seattle Center and Lake union. You should live here if you don’t.
