Verified Renter I love the home feeling. From the community of people, who make you feel welcome… to the absolutely beautiful building. I could not recommend Modera pearl more than I already do.
Verified Renter All the staff were very friendly and informative. I was given good advice on getting an internet connection, when you get your bills and how to pay them, and what tasks I needed to do to move in. If would be nice if you had more moving trolleys , I had to use a dolly and it took so much longer as you can only get so much stuff on a dolly. Also what about reserving a couple of spots in the underground garage for folks moving in. I had to park a block a way and it was raining.
Verified Renter Great spot, jacuzzi is big time. Apartment is a good size, have a 1 bedroom and love the space. Gym is decent. The apartment events are always fun.
