Verified Renter I love the modera. The amenities are extremely nice and everything about my experience feels very luxurious. The location is prime and my studio is very spacious. I feel like I live in a modern art museum. The staff do an excellent job in maintaining a high end experience and maintenance has been very responsive to concerns. This was an enormous step up for me in experience and the price is in line with the quality recieved.
