This is home! Best place to live! The entire staff and building make you feel well taken care of! Awesome amenities and natural lighting within the building, too! I’ve recently been enjoying the rooftop terrace spa in the sun, and am obsessed with it! Kim, Jordyn, Alex, PJ, Leo, and Eric have taken great care of me since my move-in. The staff has superb communication, and resolves any concerns efficiently.

Bare cement ceilings, Filthy and Smells terrible. The rooms are not finished the ceilings are bare cement with construction markings and writings all over them. It is quite hideous when I first had my family over to visit they were shocked by the fact I had made the mistake of living here. There is dog pee everywhere in the cement courtyard making it small terrible because residents just open the door and stand there for their dog to pee instead of taking them on a walk or even just walking them to the grass or dirt areas on... read more

A Good Value, In An Excellent Area, With Accommodating Staff Recently returning to Portland, I was dreading the search for an apartment in the Pearl district. Rents are much higher due to the high demand and high occupancy rate. You need an appointment to view properties now. It takes a lot of effort. Wonderful Leasing Team I've been here going on just over 6 months and am loving seeing Portland slowly get back on its feet. The staff here have worked so hard to keep things afloat so I appreciate their efforts. The new neighbors I've been seeing coming in are very nice and friendly, and nothing beats the amenities here. Extremely happy I moved here.
Great location, staff, and community I recently moved in at the end of summer and after a few months can say I honestly love living here! The amenity spaces are very well maintained and the staff are impeccable. Also, tons of dogs! Love seeing so many furry friends around.
Avoid with current management Ever since the management turnover the building has become a hellhole. The current management is rude and inattentive while disregarding any issues as not their problem. A year and a half ago I would have given five stars now I’d avoid at all costs until it can turnover again to a group that cares.

Lights are on, but no one is home This building has had a complete staff turnover at least twice in the past year. At this point, it's not even clear who I should contact for anything, and the office is usually empty anyway. I also have had issues with my dishwasher for a couple of months, and the building management closed the ticket without resolving the issue. I've been here for 3+ years, and it just went straight to the dump in the last year.
Like living in a dorm? This place is for you! Modera used to be an amazing place to rent from. My partner and I lived here in 2018, then moved to California for a year. When we came back to Portland, we didn't even look at other places. Our past experience with Modera had been so wonderful, that we knew we had to move back in. We couldn't have been more wrong.
