Verified Renter Maintenance took a while for my first issue, but I'll chalk that up to their lead being on paternity leave. Besides that, and moving in on a day where the building wasn't staffed, everything else has been really lovely. Easy process to add an ESA, concrete walls for noise blocking, and friendly staff make for a living space I hope to enjoy for another couple years, depending on circumstances.

Verified Renter Beautiful place, website is tough to apply and navigate . Move in is also tough with there being no carts to help with the move in process , also trying to get ahold of anyone in office is a nightmare since they have AI set up , but over all not bad .

Verified Renter Safe and welcoming community. Friendly people who are willing to offer a helping hand. The staff is professional, but also respectful in a personal way. The residents are diverse from all walks of life but all seem to share togetherness in caring for the property.
Verified Renter Not bad at all! I really like the amenities, specifically the hot tub and the roof top! The dog area for going to the bathroom is unbearable and has a chemical fume smell and the theater is dirty. Other than that, I love my apartment!
Verified Renter I enjoy living here but I would say 4 starts because the communication could be translated better. Overall the living space is nice to live in easy to live your fault life but things also stop working over time and have to get it fixed more often.

Verified Renter a 10, clean, great amenities, nice staff, great location. Being pet friendly with indoor washers and dryers is a huge draw. Close to transit.
