Verified Renter This was my 3rd resigning, each time I've moved to a larger unit. The MGMT here continued to ensure I had a smooth transition each time and they haves always been top notch at streamlining the whole process. Ultimately, you just came find a better location to live in right now in downtown Portland!!

Verified Renter The gym, spa and newer furniture on the outdoor lounge is super sweet hang out. All my family and friends love to hang out there. Staff are great and the events are very creative!

Verified Renter Modera Pearl has been a good place to live so far. Adding some security cameras to reduce bicycle thefts would help make the experience better.
Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed my time in the building. Great staff and amenities. Good floor plans and good walk ability. My dog likes the park a block away too.

Verified Renter Solid place to live - good part of town. The staff is great and there are a lot of really cool amenities. Pet friendly apartment with a pleasant community.
Verified Renter This is one of the nicest buildings in the pearl. Layout and view, build materials, and especially the staff. The residents, like all neighborhoods can be hit or miss, but for the most part are great. The garage is a little tight, if you dont drive cautiously the person coming in the opposite direction will hit you. Overall great
Verified Renter Overall pretty nice. Amenities are good, except the "pet spa" ( not an actual spa). Management is nice and installed a vending machine recently. The pets in the building have left uncleaned messes in the halls/lobbies which is the owners responsibility.
Verified Renter After 6 months of living here I really have had no complaints other than the bike room break ins. The events have been fun and a good way to meet your neighbors. The maintenance has been quick to respond and effective with their repairs. The staff is very friendly too.
