Best building with a pool and private parking Five star amenities and staff. Sakinah and Joel in the leasing office and Shawn from maintenance are always very helpful! By far the best community in Morristown, especially if you want a pool! Plus, their parking garage is only for the people who live here. Very hard to come by in this area. Huge plus.

Verified Renter I have had a positive experience residing at Modera55. The staff is very nice. I dont know if its because Im on the highest floor but I never hear any noise, almost never. Once in a while I can hear my downstairs neighbor washing clothes. It doesnt bother me in the least bit because I understand this is an apartment building, and if people have an issue with any kind of noise they should probably live in a house instead.
