Verified Renter We love living at Modera, and especially the maintenance crew and Shawn in particular. In a lock out incident we had, Shawn came to let us in to our apartment. He was extremely kind and friendly despite his long/late drive to Modera to help us out. Thank you Shawn!

Started out good, not so good at end I just moved out and after a year will give you what went well and some things that did not so you can make your own educated opinion as to the apartments. It started off great and went downhill. Keep in mind tenants are encouraged to write a review upfront upon moving in with promise of getting points for money which may account for a lot of positive reviews. Best building with a pool and private parking Five star amenities and staff. Sakinah and Joel in the leasing office and Shawn from maintenance are always very helpful! By far the best community in Morristown, especially if you want a pool! Plus, their parking garage is only for the people who live here. Very hard to come by in this area. Huge plus.
