Modera Team - Thank you! I initially moved to Modera because I had significant issues with my first apartment! I honestly can't thank the Modera team enough. From the front office to maintenance, everyone has been so responsive. The leasing team has been nothing but amazing throughout my time living here. When I moved from 44 to 55 when it opened, everyone in leasing was extremely helpful and cordial. The transition / phased opening was handled so well.
