Verified Renter I have had a positive experience residing at Modera55. The staff is very nice. I dont know if its because Im on the highest floor but I never hear any noise, almost never. Once in a while I can hear my downstairs neighbor washing clothes. It doesnt bother me in the least bit because I understand this is an apartment building, and if people have an issue with any kind of noise they should probably live in a house instead. Package concierge and valet trash makes everything so convenient. The office staff and maintenance staff are all so helpful.
