Verified Renter Great community! We love the amenities including the pool in Modera 55. The maintenance staff is always very nice. Each unit is a decent size.

Verified Renter Great apartment complex, maintenance is always quick to respond, and the building is always kept clean. They have apartment-wide events every once in a while also which is nice!
Verified Renter I just renewed my 4th or 5th lease here and also recently changed apartments. Unfortunately, the transfer was a bit less than smooth. Sarah was super helpful but as for the rest of it it was kind of a mess. They’ve also started using a new “virtual assistant” that can literally never assist with anything and makes it very challenging to get a live person on the phone. No one in the office responds to emails, voicemails or messages through the resident portal. We will be staying here a bit longer since we love... read more
