Verified Renter We really enjoy living here. When we first moved in there were issues with the apartment, but maintenance quickly handled them and was very helpful and kind.

Verified Renter 100% recommend, nice and quite, all other residents are super nice aswell, and maintenance is always super quick about fixing things. Also all the amenities most the units have is what make this place a plus.

Verified Renter I have lived at the Modera 44/55 Apartments for over 5 years now. Hands down the best place to live in Morristown, NJ. The management and maintenance team take great strides in making sure residents are happy with living here. The amenities are great, the apartments are lovely and the short walk to the Green and the center of town is lovely.
Verified Renter I have been living at Modera 55 since 2020 and have had an overall good experience. I’ve lived in both a one bedroom and now a one bedroom den. The apartments are pretty spacious for the area. The price is high, but it seems to be the going rate for the prime location. We had issues with noise upstairs over the last year, but the new manager was responsive and put in a lot of effort to help us stay comfortable in our home. After learning that you provide a survey after maintenance request to let you guys know if the work was done to a good standard living here became more comfortable for me. Also Nick was very helpful with addressing the concerns I had.
