Verified Renter After 1 year here, I still enjoy my experience. I like how convenient it is as far as mailing, garbage, gym. The neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful. The price is reasonable given the location and amenities. The parking lot can get packed tho.

Verified Renter I have lived at the Modera 44/55 Apartments for over 5 years now. Hands down the best place to live in Morristown, NJ. The management and maintenance team take great strides in making sure residents are happy with living here. The amenities are great, the apartments are lovely and the short walk to the Green and the center of town is lovely.

The apartments are pretty spacious for the area. The price is high, but it seems to be the going rate for the prime location. We had issues with noise upstairs over the last year, but the new manager was responsive and put in a lot of effort to help us stay comfortable in our home. After learning that you provide a survey after maintenance request to let you guys know if the work was done to a good standard living here became more comfortable for me. Also Nick was very helpful with addressing the concerns I had.
