I've always had a great time, fast service and knowledgeable people help me whenever I come in.
Took my phone in for what I thought was a $100 repair. Lady at the desk told me she was going to try something first, walked away and came back a few minutes later with my fully functioning phone. Just needed a little cleaning instead of a new charging port.
Andrew kindly tested my battery to make sure my phone would work if i replaced it. he gave me a discount for paying with cash and was very helpful, efficient, and convenient! thank you mobile madness!

I have always gone here since they opened and I came in about two weeks ago while on vacation from New Mexico and I had a cracked screen on my iPhone 6s which my phone worked perfect with the cracked screen can't say the same now with the repair , my battery no longer will hold a charge , my Id touch for my thumb print no longer works and also my audio for certain apps which upsets me very much because they are the apps I use to contact and FaceTime my family in Oregon .
