Great service in a timely fashion. I used them for screen and case installation to a Motorola E (2nd edition) and Apple iPod Touch (4th Gen) when in Ashland on Friday before opening a store in Ashland. The service was from the mini-van and done in less than 15 minutes. Great that they are 10 minutes from where I live, near the Asanté Ashland Community Hospital instead of 25 minutes on the North side of Medford. Easier on the pocketbook in pétrole for driving. Shout-out for great and timely service plus business.
My wife dropped her iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. They gave us 1 day service. We also opted for a new battery while the case was open. They gave her and installed a free screen protector. We couldn’t be happier.
Medford store had a Customer friendly staff great service every time I have gone also Warranty their screen repairs and even though they didn’t need to showed me great service even though mine was expired will continue to keep going here and using moblie madness thank you very much 5 plus stars
Great service at the Grants Pass store, quick turnaround to fix my cracked iPhone screen. So happy to have my phone back, it looks/works great!
I had my screen replaced less than a month ago. The screen randomly cracked today under my case without being dropped or damaged since it was replaced. The lady in the store was unwilling to work with me on this. 90 day warranty on repairs is a joke too. Be careful what you let them put on your phone. Clearly awful quality replacement if it broke without any damage being done. I wasted $125.00 just to have it crack again within a month. What a joke.

While on vaca in Southern Oregon my iPhone experienced some water damage leaving me without a phone and having to travel 16 hours home with no communication. Not only did your staff offer amazing customer service with my frantic phone call, but worked with me to get my phone in for repair with 5 minutes before closing so I could leave town the following morning.
