In the past four years mobile madness has saved my phone countless times! The first phone went through the toilet three times and has both front and back screens broken at least five times. I just dropped my 5 s in a a cup of water and they saved the day AGAIN!

After loosing all my data off my hard drive not an apology and years of precious memories lost. I needed a simple task of transferring one hard drive to a new one. My hard drive was lost in the repair area they said... So all my child's precious memories and photos gone it's been 2 years and not an apology nor effort to fix nothing...
They really don't know how to handle upset customers. It really isn't a good idea when you have an angry person on the phone to tell them you will get nothing by cussing at me. I don't appreciate the poor way he handle things, I WAS UPSET and he had NO EMPATHY about what happen. I was more upset when he told me what they could do because they could have told my son this when he called letting them know about the charge problem.
