I️ shattered my entire screen on my iPhone and dropped it off on a Sunday expecting to go without my phone until the following day. They were able to fix my phone in an hour and offered us a Veteran’s discount!
Very disappointed bad service with a smile, refused to refund or fix there damaged products, and lost all my information. Never going there again.

We offered, among several other solutions, to replace the Damaged screen under warranty, even though it was damaged after replacement, but Roy denied every solution he was offered.
Nothing but good experiences, they have helped me countless times and each time they are nice explain things and fix my phone properly. I’ve had lots of trouble with my iPhones dropping them etc lol glad you guys are around !

Needed an emergency screen screen replacement for my husband's phone. They took excellent and fast care of him. All they had on hand was a white face, so they swapped the back out to a white one also. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend! Reasonably priced.

The Mobile Madness team is THE best phone repair shop in town. Came in today with 2 phones having a sound port issue and charging port issue. The repair rep knew exactly what to do to fix both phones in minutes. Every time we have come into this store we have had a great experience with service and repairs. These guys came to the rescue when I jumped off a bridge into the lake with my phone in my pocket, doh! The iPhone 7 is supposed to be water resisted up to 3 ft but I went a little deeper than that apparently and it caused my home button to stop working. They tore it apart cleaned it thoroughly and got it working again for a reasonable price. Thanks guys + Seth!
