I stopped by mobile madness today to see if they could help me with my iPhone. The headset broke off in the jack and I had tried for a week and couldn't get it out. The man at the front was kind and joyful. He said we can get it no problem! :) The tech got it out after about 10 minutes. I was stressing at what they would charge, expecting to pay 25-50 when I walked in, I was shocked when the man handed it to me and said "all fixed, have a great day!" My mothers Samsung S6 Edge fell into a toilet. And since the back doesn't come off we were worried that it was toast. My mom took it into Mobile madness and even they were doubting it would come back to life. They required to keep it for at least 24 hours and 6 hours later it was ready and WORKING! thank you SO SO SO much!!! If I could give ten stars I would!

Never shopping at Mobile Madness in Medford again!!! I hate being told one thing when trying to get my business and when I go back to collect on said promise MULTIPLE TIMES, they decide to renege!!!! Great service not so great product. Bought a charger within a couple days didn't work and the end fell apart. Took it back talked to great guy knew right away what the issue was and just got new cord for it only new cord didn't work either!
