My three year old son got a hold of my phone and dropped it face down on our deck and the screen pretty much shattered. I was certain I'd need a new phone. I took it in and they made it good as new, and for only $104.00. I bought a new case, too, and with their discount it was only $30 for a case that, at another retailer, was much more. They got my phone done in four hours and the customer service is great. I'm very, VERY happy with my repair and the service I received.
Well we suddenly got locked out of my son's phone when we programmed it to a new phone number. Verizon thought it to be very odd and had no fix and recommended us to go to Mobile Madness to fix it. We called Mobile Madness to see what the cost would be to have them bypass the lock. And instead of having us drive to them to fix the phone they shared a trick over the phone and BAM! fixed. Thank you Mobile Madness for being so helpful with such a easy fix when other companies would have taken our money!

The only reason I say good is because I had my phone stolen n some one factory reset it there and I came In and told them my phone was stolen so I think they need to check to c if phones are stolen first but other wise any other problem I've had they have always fixed and every phone I've gotten has been great as well
I think every single phone I've ever had at one point or another has ended up here to get fixed! Lol.....I won't take a phone anywhere else! By far the best.
