Came in with a water damaged Note 3, and while they weren't able to completely fix the problem without fixing the whole screen, I am still very happy with the way it turned out. My phone for the most part doesn't wig out on me, and I'm so thankful that it's up and running again. You saved me a whole lot of money and trouble to replace this phone. Can't express enough how thankful I am. Wish I knew the names of all the people who helped, but I only remember Omar, who was the person I first talked to.
They all are awesome people. They know what to do when you need help. :-)
