The terminal is total disaster. Drop off/pickup/parking all going into thee lanes with no organization. Once inside terminal (Carnival personnel) everything went smoothly...
They were all so nice. Willing to help you. We were in and out in no time.
LOVE LOVE LOVE having the Alabama cruise terminal in Mobile back!!! Easy on, easy off the ship and so much closer to home. Yayy!
First time cruisers one with a scooter and one with a walker and the personnel could not have been nicer or more helpful.
Parking not the best...from waiting on train tracks to paying for parking .yea scary..lines were long an hour outside and it was cold...1 port a potty somewhere. ..got in it took another 45 min...I understand the lines to check in but please get the parking and restrooms problems fixed...
It was a little crazy at first. We were having g to drop things off for cargo on the ship.before our cruise. Wish we would.had better details on that and a easier way to get back in line to park the car and board the ship. Disembarking was awesome real smooth
