Terminal was great. Need to do a better job of managing incoming traffic. Took 1.5 hrs to get into parking garage.
Is great having the terminal used again. We did back to back cruises and to me it was a bit of confusion, the entrance issues and pay by machine Should have Stated in more detail what bills can be used. This wasnt the first Rodeo there, so it should have been more organized from the get go. Im sure it will get it together, folks from New Orleans terminal was there to train and assist on site.
Had to many trainees checking people in at one time.
My cruise experience was WONDERFUL! So glad the ship is back in Mobile, Alabama. So ready to sail again........
No complaints ..Loved it ,Wonderful experience ,Great cruise...Would recommend it for all ages...!
Unloading and boarding the ship was very smooth and convenient.
Very nice! Being the 1st cruise out there where some glitches and confusion, but I know they will work it all out soon! All in all I would recommend cruising out of Mobile, and I'm sure I will again!
