It's so nice to have a cruise terminal back in Mobile!
This was our 4th cruise and first time out of the Mobile port. I would say that from coming into the parking area to check in to boarding this was the BEST port we have left from. Upon our return it was the same. Well organized and smooth from start to finish.
First time cruiser and cant wait to go again!!! Some of the ppl that worked there i thought were alittle rude. Like the photo ppl and the lady who did credit card forms,but Apolo our room keeper was wonderful and so were the casino staff and the food service was excellent.
1st time cruiser, had no issues. A lot of check points but that's about it. Everything was smooth, quick, and easy! Approx 35-45 minutes from time we got out of the vehicle (dropped off) to boarding the ship!
