Smooth and fast transition from the parking lot to the ship. Great baggage handling, security reresentives were professional and fast with no hiccups. Registering and ID card issuing fast and simple handled by caring and professional personnel. All in all it took less than 35 minutes from car to ship!
STAFF NEEDS RETRAINED: Trying to park to board the ship, no one! I repeat no one gives you directions where to go! We were finally lead out, BUT TO EXIT! Thank goodness, we had friends behind us that stopped till we could turn around and get in front of them again. Then.... family of 5 (us) seems like 50 pieces of luggage..."Can you get that down the escalator?" a lady asks. I say, I'm gonna try I guess. Turn the corner and there's an elevator! This my first time on a cruise and so far I'm loving it. It is very relaxing and I will be cruising again in future very soon.
Everyone was so friendly! Great experience at the terminal and on the ship! Having a blast!
Our 1st cruise to Cozumel...although there were hundreds of ppl everywhere....the transition was second to none...hands down. From the time we arrived, it didn't take 10 mins, maybe less to get from check in to aboard the ship....Mobile's Cruise Terminal staff ROCK!!!!
