Service was great. There were long lines but the lines moved quickly.
Horrible!!! Lines, lines & more lines! Waiting, waiting & more waiting. This was my 3rd cruise & both other times we went out of New Orleans. We waited in line in the car for an hour just to get to the terminal then the lines to board were terrible! Never experienced that at the New Orleans port......
It was most efficient, very convenient and very friendly.
