The cruise terminal was easy to get to and although parking was chaotic once we got to the garage it was a breeze boarding and unboarding the ship. I would travel from Mobile again.
We took our first cruise this past week. I was very impressed with how quickly we were able to board the ship, and how quickly we exited. The staff at the terminal was very professional. Going through customs, check-in, and security was all a very smooth process.
3rd time cruising out of here and our best experience. We stayed at a park and cruise hotel and were dropped off right at the entrance where a porter met us to take our luggage. Check in was super quick and we were on the ship less than 50 minutes after arriving.
I love it and I like our cb he was funny and fun I had a great time
Great experience cruising out of this port for the first time. Our driver from Wyngate knew her stuff and took us through a shortcut that bypassed all the traffic! Once inside, with FTTF, we breezed through the lines and were on the ship having lunch by noon. Will DEFINITELY cruise from here again.
My ship pulled out 40 minutes late but got back early, the staff was very friendly, good customer service. Room service was great, child care was outstanding, I love the staff who sailed those four days 11-15 of may 2017 enjoyed myself will be back again
