Great people! Great port! Easy in and Easy off! I am so thankful to have Carnival back in Mobile! Looking forward to more cruises out of this port!!
Created unnecessary issues that could've been avoided....
This terminal is HORRIBLE! The traffic to get to the boat, on the boat and now trying to get off the boat is horrible! We've been waiting to get off this boat since 8 and we have not made off yet! We will not be using this terminal again!
Need better organization getting in and out of the terminal. Smoking isn't permitted outside which isn't an issue but only one sign stating so on the other end. They need more of those visibly indicating such so no one gets into trouble.
