Getting on the boat was easy after you get pass the huge line of traffic to the terminal. The terminal itself is very clean and people were very nice. The only big complaint I would have is getting your checked bags. It's very unorganized and you have to wade though a ton of folks to get your bag. After that you have to wade back though them to get in line for customs. But it's Alabama and as a resident I've come to expect this level of efficiency for our great state.
Everything was nice and easy. The lines were short and moved fast. Right when you go into the terminal there are people there getting your luggage out of the car. From there you find a parking spot and go pay for the week. It was very easy.
