Don't know what people were talking about. The terminal had a machine going into building that took credit cards for parking. Super easy to get to, and super easy to get out. Who goes on a cruise and expects to not wait in line? It wasn't even a long line compared to New Orleans, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Galveston.
No problems at all. We took Uber to and from. No car lines at all. Easy port to go in and out of.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly, from the time we dropped our luggage off until we picked it up on our way home. This was our first cruise so we didn't know exactly where to go/what to do, so it was nice having friendly people helping us.
Our experience in this terminal was WONDERFUL! Lots of friendly people. Courteous. N very helpful. So I give them a big THUMBS UP�!!!!��
Had a great experience and the guys were total gentlemen and helpful. I'd cruise from this terminal again.
