It is my home and I love it here. I use the Cruise terminals to go on a cruise every year and sometimes more. The people are so nice.
It is a small terminal, but the Fantasy is a small ship. Easiest entry is a shuttle from a participating hotel. If you do have to park, the parking deck may fill up, but you will be escorted off site and brought back. Loading process takes some time, but usually because of mistakes on cruisers part. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The less amount of luggage the better, if you’re loaded down, then you’re going to feel the time carrying it a lot more. It is very easy to park and board the ship. I believe it to be much safer than New Orleans as well.

This cruise terminal is always a great place to cruise from. The port workers are always super friendly and helpful and keep things running along smoothly. The only complaint I would ever have would be that the parking garage fills up too quickly and they shuttle people to an offsite parking location. Why wouldn’t they make the garage big enough?
