Thus far, my FAVORITE cruise terminal! Very efficient, the staff was extremely friendly...great experience!
Cruised 8 times and Mobile was the worst port. Train stopped on the tracks in front of the cruise terminal for 30 minutes. Traffic was at a standstill. Took 2 hours to park our vehicle in overflow parking (which is a ways from the terminal) and get thru the line for embarking. Never again. We've never had these issues in Canaveral, Tampa or Seattle.
Very easy to get in and out of the garage. Prepay is the way to go and go early, the garage fills up fast.
The staff was fantastic leaving and coming back. Appreciated all of their work to make it smooth.
