My first cruise on the Fantasy ended today and I didn't want to get off the ship. I had such fun last week and have already got another cruise set up for April. Getting on and off the ship was a very pleasant experience, well organized with lots of helpful employees there for us. My friend had a wheelchair and was given special attention with that. The food and entertainment were great, also the cabin steward. Can't wait until April!!🛳🛳
Second time since they opened back up! They have some issues! Cars pulling through and dropping off should be on the right and those parking should be on the left, that way they do not have to cross each other!plus as a diamond member we should not have to take so long in a line that we are boarding with everyone else! Then when we go to get on the pictures had to be re- taken before we could get on! More bathrooms on other floors!
Very pleased with our experience this past week getting on and off the Carnival Fantasy.
Priority boarding was mixed in with regular boarding, so this was a long drawn out fiasco! They put us in two lines that dwindled down to one line because there was only ONE security check for everyone! ONE. Did I say , ONE security line for priority? Chaos, total chaos. None of the people that were supposed to be leading us through really knew what they were doing. They need to expand the Priority check in! Priority boarding took about 50 minutes!
Our vehicle was not searched nor anyone else's, very friendly staff but there is lots of standing in line which is to be expected with boarding 2000 people, they need more shuttles for overflow parking
Very helpful staff! Love that you employ elder generation who has a love for servanthood. Lovely staff, smiles on every face! Train traffic impedes the cruise operations, but the staff was very calm and professional in spite of frustrated guests. A very pleasant first time experience!!!
