Love MLC!!! I have lived in my Virginia Ave apartment for 5 years now. It has been a wonderful place to live. The building is clean and well kept. Any service calls are handled in a prompt and professional manner. I have always lived in older buildings - this is by far the best! I would highly recommend MLC. They have been wonderful to rent from!

When I moved in, the place was as clean as it could be (for a place with "character") and no longer smelled of smoke...in fact, it smelled of fresh paint and fresh cleaning liquids (Pine Sol, Bleach...). MLC Helping Out-Of-Staters I recently moved from Lansing, Michigan to Altanta. The staff at MLC was super friendly to work with, answered all of my questions and even showed the apartment to a friend I have in the area. The first time I ever saw the apartment, for myself, was move-in day. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was the bathtub needed reglazing, which MLC took care immediately, and even worked around my schedule to have it refinished. I really like MLC Properties I have lived in a MLC Properties apartment for almost 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The in town location is great. I can walk to the the Park from my building and I love going to the Green Market at Piedmont Park on Saturdays! MLC's maint. is good when I have a problem. Julie
LOVE my MLC apartment! I recently moved into a MLC Properties apartment in Virginia Highlands and I LOVE IT! I am amazed at the amount of space I got for the price and the location is perfect for me and my son! We have met most of our neighbors and really like everyone here. The unit was clean & has been very quiet! I rarely hear my neighbors unless I have my windows open and they are out in the fenced yard with the dogs socializing. It is wonderful! DO NOT RENT FROM MLC!! DO NOT RENT FROM MLC!! The crescent ave. apartments started off as a great place to live until the roof started falling in on majority of the apartments on the top floor, the quick fix for mlc was to just re-paint. When half the cars in the parking lot were getting broken into they did absolutely nothing, not even put up flyers for awareness. MLC Awesome! I lived in a MLC 1b/1b apartment when I moved to ATL. A couple months later, my wife moved to ATL as well. So, we want to switch to a larger apartment. MLC kindly helped us to look many of their apartments. With the help from MLC, we then smoothly moved to the one we are living in now.
