Great location, price, and customer service I moved into an MLC property in Virginia Highlands in January. The building is a lot older than buildings I've lived in in the past, but I really like it- it has character and it's in a GREAT location. Great Inman Park apt! I have been so happy with the location and price of my Inman Park apartment. The leasing and move in process was really easy with the leasing office, and they have been quick to address any maintenance request I have had, including replacing the old oven and furnace in my unit. The units are older, but charming.
Love my Midtown apt! I've lived at an MLC property for almost a year now and love it! Midtown Historic District is an amazing neighborhood and perfect for young professionals who want to live in a charming, quiet neighborhood in the middle of ATL.
Great experience 1 year in I have a 2 bedroom from MLC and have been very pleased in the 1 year that I've lived here. We happily resigned our lease based on the affordability, prime location, and great service. Couldn't have asked for a better place!
Great place for a great price! I have lived at an MLC property for nearly two years now, and have been incredibly pleased. The staff is always friendly, and are willing to go the extra mile for their tenants. Our location is one of the best in the cities, close to Piedmont Park and down the street from all things Midtown. Highly recommend!
Great Place!!! I have had an amazing experience!! The staff has been super friendly and helpful. Any questions or maintenance issues were addressed and fixed the same day. I live in one of their properties in Peachtree Hills and couldn't be happier! The property is quiet and well maintained. The apartment is older and charming which I like instead of the cookie cutter apartments. I would recommend them to anyone!

All of the apartments are cookie cutter and super over priced for the amount of square footage. My MLC place is a GREAT price - especially for the location and space. I also love the rustic charm. great location, helpful staff I have been living in MLC apartments in Midtown for 7 weeks now. We love the location! Great for people who want to enjoy being in the city, restaurants, bars, museums and art galleries and close to Piedmont Park at the same time. We had a couple of problems with the house and our maintenance requests were replied shortly. There was a crack in a window and they replaced it within a few days.
