A wonderful company to rent from Ive lived on Charles Allen for 3 years & have loved my time here. The leasing office is super friendly, flexible, & responsive. Maintenance calls are often answered within the hour & I really only needed them a couple times- just a beeping smoke alarm & that sort of thing. Great Experience with MLC I lived for the last year at the apartments located at 282 9th St. For a college student it was amazing to have a reasonably priced apartment in a beautiful neighborhood located extremely close to Piedmont Park, with a short drive to my classes at Georgia State. Overall Great. Read for pros and con! MLC has been great to me! No way you can find a better apartment for this price. The community of people who will be your neighbors is exactly that. Love this historic Apt. Living in the MLC Penn Ave property has been a great experience. Having moved in over a year ago from one of the newly constructed apt towers in Midtown, this place has been a much better experience. I enjoy all our neighbors, the building, location, etc. I'm so glad we left the 77 12th and found this MLC property.
