The one star is for the one person that was good and not only listened but fixed a guttering issue the first time he came. The four missing ones are for the person they inexplicably put in charge of a larger job they got as a result, who ignored what I had to say, criticised my very nice home and told me to video a problem I needed fixed. (because apparently people like paying thousands of pounds for fake repairs, presumably) It cost a lot of money for them not to fix the problem and to basically ignore everything I said. Paid a lot of money to get our gutters cleaned, but they somehow failed to remove a couple of tall weeds growing from the back gutter. They still haven’t been round to finish the job even though they said they would. Also paid them to clear a blocked downpipe, but they failed to clear it, and instead damaged the pipe underground making the issue far worse.

I contacted MKM to fix a leaky gutter in Dec 2020. They attended in Feb and done a repair which failed the 1st rainy day afterwards. I called them again after this and they said they would send someone out to take a look. Didn't hear back, called them again last week and left a further message, no response. Will take my business elsewhere.

I could not recommend this company enough - possibly the first company of it's kind that I've dealt with that treated me like a real person and valued customer. Every single person we came in contact with at MKM was pleasant, upfront, helpful and kind.
