I had a full Hollywood/Brazilian wax, which I’ve had before, but honestly Monica was super efficient, skilled and made me feel massively at ease. She even helped me with a small ingrown hair I had. "I had a really positive experience! I was greeted with a smile, and the treatment for my ingrown nails was carried out flawlessly. I honestly felt unwelcome and disrespected during my experience at this salon. I had made an appointment in-store for the next day, and her assistant took all my details, including my email and phone number. I even received confirmation emails and messages about the appointment. However, when I arrived the next day, the owner was waiting for me near the door.
