Matthew provided a buffet for my 60th Birthday at our home. He was extremely personable when we first spoke and genuinely seemed interested in providing a great experience at competitive rates. Matthew offered a lot of choices of meats and salads and desserts and we settled on roast beef, honey glazed ham and coronation chicken together with a choice of profiteroles and fruit salad. Matthew catered for our wedding reception. The food was excellent, fresh and plentiful. The home made sausage rolls were amazing. The guests commented that it was a good variety of food. Matthew done us proud. Definitely 5 star.

I went to our school charity fundraising Ball last night. To be fair I wasn't expecting a great meal, and was totally blown away with the delicious 3 course meal we had! Every course was delicious and well presented! I'd love the white wine sauce recipe!
We hired MJT for a Christmas party and the service was fantastic. Communication was excellent and everyone enjoyed the food. Menu planning was easy and a great price. Highly recommend! Thanks again Matthew!
