Very bad company, being very rough handling a elderly lady so much so she has ended up in hospital with her shoulder dislocated they don’t do their jobs leaving clients unwashed and sore then getting infections and sending a man to wash a lady when the family have said it’s her wish to have a lady to do personal care but they continue to send a male that doesn’t understand much English which makes it very hard for Communication we will be speaking to CQC and raising a formal complaint Disgusting company.

This company is a joke 2 of its tenants have caused damage to my property and to my car when dealing with the company and trying to lodge a complaint you are passed off with the same pathetic excuse of "we can't be held responsible for our tennants actions" I hate to break it to the company but when you are allowing tenants who are clearly vulnerable to engage in criminal activity like vandalism and criminal damage I would suggest you have therefore failed in your duties as a care provider.
