Went with this company DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Carpet went flat and horrible after 2 weeks of it being laid got told they was gonna change it after 3 month got a letter saying there’s nothing they can do! Don’t waist your money
We have used Mitchell's for all of the flooring in our house and recently decided to change the carpet in our downstairs living area to luxury vinyl. As usual the service from them was excellent and they helped us decide with our choice. Fitting dates were adhered to and the fitters Shaun and Carmel were polite, very helpful and didn't mind moving furniture around, they also took a lot of pride in the quality of their work. We are very pleased with the new flooring.

Great friendly, professional service in the store last weekend. Allowed us to take some samples to check what we would like (returned on the day) and once ordered a quick turnaround for fitting. The fitters were friendly, considerate of our property and newly decorated room and would highly recommend, will use Mitchell's again in future. We had a complicated area around fireplace, but the fitters found a solution which has worked brilliantly and we love it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.
Great conversation over the phone and friendly to me When I visited. I told them I'd heard good reviews. Good value and choicec of carpets. Sadly just as the meeting was ending they decided to slag off another local firm that I had received a quote from. Competition is inevitable but sharing your "bad blood" with a stranger and potential customer is not acceptable and not where I choose to spend my money. Carpets are only as good as underlay, but reputation is only as good as a customer's personal experience.
