I have being going here for a couple of years, nails are great but the service from one particular member of staff (the owner) is atrocious! She is rude, unfriendly and unhelpful! Last straw was her accusing me of under paying in front of a shop full of people! I can ignore her rudeness but not accusing me of underpaying. Last time nails where 30, this time 3 weeks later exactly same suddenly 35, when I questioned I was told I had underpaid last time and I had not paid her back! Out and out lie!!! Went in as a treat to get my nails done. Asked in advance whether they could do ombre nails, they specifically said that they cannot do that on my real nails. They cut my nails, put the plastic extensions on and then proceeded to paint my nails in block colours with the powder. The guy was filling my nails rough, I say "ouch" and then he went ahead talking to his colleague, clearly about me, for 20 minutes.
