Today, my daughter and me visited the salon for the first time. My daughter had a haircut done and I had an eyebrow thread. We were shocked by the terrible results. My daughters hair is uneven and I wanted the lady to do a tiny bit in layers and not touch the front. The lady has done the exact opposite. I've been going to ms caramel for a number of years. Heena is always so delicate when doing my brows and upper lip. I went to her today to get my lashes removed and she was very delicate I could of fallen asleep. I've never felt so relaxed when getting lashes removed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Miss Caramel for all your beauty requirements.

This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. I went in for a waxing service, but during the process it felt like my skin was burning. After the treatment, I was left with actual burns on my skin (as shown in the photo). I expected a professional and safe service, but instead I left with pain and visible damage. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place.

Really nice place and great service from the ladies, but no TV or music so just feels a bit awkward sitting in silence. And a massage chair would be great. Thank you to the ladies who did my mums mani and pedi.
