Brilliant SEN haircut experience. We moved here in July, and my autistic toddler needed the dreaded hair cut. I really didn't want to travel back to Essex for his cut so finally found Mirage and from the first message on facebook they have been absolutely brilliant. Reassuring, Kind and incrdibly gentle and sweet with my boy. Normally it is absolutely traumatising and he thrashes about which i forewarned, but although he cried non stop, he sat so well and very quickly stopped once his hair was done. Had an ideal in my head of what I wanted my hair to look like, this was by far exceeded. I am so very pleased I cannot put it into words, I now have hair that I am proud of rather than embarrassed by. My whole experience from the initial consultation and throughout was 100% positive. I was made to feel relaxed and listened to. Thank you so very much

Had full head of foils today absolutely beautiful colour. Charlie did my hair was very good would recommend her.
