The dealership is very clean and inviting. All of the personnel are very friendly and eager to help. However, the service department could use a little work: They replaced a part in my vehicle (evap emissions purge valve) prior to my purchasing it, after which, my check engine light came on. As it turned out, they had indeed replaced the part, but never plugged it in, a rookie mistake. Otherwise, a great place to buy a car!

I am very unhappy with my experience at Miracle Ford and am now stuck making payments on a vehicle that I hate driving. I took my Hummer into Miracle Ford and traded it in to buy either a Buick or a Ford. Well as it turns out I picked the wrong vehicle. I had negative equity on the Hummer but have excellent credit so was given $10k for the Hummer and fully financed. They resold my Hummer almost immediately for $20k. Cameron was fun to work with. He's very outgoing and personable. I'm 58 years old and he's 20, but our personalities clicked. He's upbeat and energetic about the job. Cam answered all the questions my wife and I had, and if he was uncertain about a question, he didn't hesitate to ask the proper person for the answer.
