I just knew my transmission was gone in my 2020 Ford Explorer. We used our Ford Roadside Assistance and had the vehicle towed to Miracle Ford. Since it was Labor Day, service was closed so we talked to Sandy and explained what had happened. She passed the information to Robert. Tuesday morning Brian called and gave an update.
