This Ford dealership service department is horrible. 6 weeks to replace my engine that was covered under warranty. Only 36k miles. Vehicle failed emission after engine replacement. Another 2 weeks to replace a simple C02 sensor. Now they are replacing the turbo. So far It has been over a week and my car still not ready.
We had an amazing experience here. Jeff was great and got the ball rolling and made our transaction fast and easy! They meet all of our needs and we were very pleased after leaving. I will gladly continue doing business with them and will refer Jeff to anyone!
