Though I have made several new vehicle purchases over the years, Charlie was very helpful in finding the vehicle I truly wanted. Sales person was great. Not pushy. Worked hard to get the deal we requested. Sales management not so much. The manager on duty that day made me feel like I was at a shady used car lot. he tried several tactics to get me to spend $310 more than I wanted then let me walk out over that amount. The next day I got a call from the regular manager and he met my offer. Much better so we returned and made the purchase.
