Service Department is No longer Service Oriented. As a returning customer to this dealership I must say I have become very concerned about the service department. I purchased my first new car from them in 2006 after moving to Gallatin. Since then I have purchased 4 more new vehicles and 2 used cars for my family. Thanks to all for the kindness from the moment of First contact from internet sales and follow up from Olivia in sales. Very helpful on my purchase of a 2013 Boss 302 that was practically new. The service dept for checking 150 checks to be sure all was in working order. The sales team headed by Donnie to finance and the gentlemen that helped load it on the trailer for my long trip home to Va. A very pleasant experience indeed. Except for the trip of course. Its no wonder they sell so many fine Ford products.

We went and were met by a super friendly salesman, Chris Perdue. He helped in everyway he could and even checked up on us as we were getting the papers signed. He showed me the bells and whistles of my new car. I hadn't bought a car in 17 years and I'm glad I waited til now to buy one.
