KJ, helped me get into a certified pre-owned vehicle in 2018 that I absolutely LOVE! Not only did Mr. Johnson help me get into a great vehicle at an affordable price, he has helped me beyond the sale anytime I have ever had questions or concerns. My service needs have been few but when they did happen thanks to KJ and his support I was always taken care of and helped through the process. I would recommend you go see KJ down at Miracle Ford in Gallatin if you are in need of good vehicle and excellent service!!!

Had an appointment to get keys made and programmed to my truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back and when they got to me they told me it would be 30 minutes to 1 hours tops. I waited 2 hours and 22 minutes for them to get the job done. Turns out the appointment is just with the person who writes down what you come in for. Very dissappointed that I had to wait so long for keys. Would go somewhere else next time.

KJ is absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the market.
