Dropped off vehicle for quote on AC repair, gave the go ahead for repairs and was told 3 days max. A month later picked up car. I was lied to on at least 9 occasions. The porter service promised many many pickups that left me waiting 6 different days with no explanation or warning.. Could not get a update or explanation unless I made 6 calls requesting a callback which took 4 days of more calls by me to get a response.. Nothing was done to compensate me.
