A one star rating is too high. I have a 2006 Explorer that had a check engine light. My wife suggested to take it to Ford as they have all the correct software to diagnosis the problem. They came back with leaking exhaust manifold. Over 2,000.00 dollar fix. We took it to 4 way and they fixed both manifolds for 1,200.00. Still had check engine light. Took back to Ford and this time for another 100.00 check they said it was low fuel pressure. Pump needed to be replaced. Cost was again over 2,000.00 dollars. Took the car to Fri... read more

Sales and finance was professional. When my problem started is when I was on my way home with my 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan. I was about a block from my house when someone ran the stop sign and slammed into the passenger side. After talking to the insurance company a week later the car was taken back to the dealership for repairs. Told the salesman what another dealership was offering for our navigator as is said I wouldn’t take less obviously but liked their expedition more. I specified already had financing and would not have more than an hour and a half to get done. All was agreed upon. I sent all paperwork and a video of my vehicle and pics. Everyone was really professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Only complaints: on a used car they added a paint protection package as an additional cost above the advertised price. I didn’t want it, but it was already applied so it couldn’t be removed. IMO it should be in the advertised price then. (2) It took almost two hours after we signed the deal to get the paperwork done - I can’t imagine what takes so long.
